For 90 years; from Vera Cruz to Peleliu, from Belleau Wood to Baghdad, from the battle scarred forest of the Ardennes to the rolling hills of Nicaragua; from the blood soaked sands of Okinawa to the snow and ice of Chosin; from The Citadel of Hue to the outskirts of Kuwait City under a smoke filled sky; and battered palms swaying over the rubble of yet another Iraqi town. Once again the 'Fighting Fifth' Marines returns to loved ones and safety, never forgetting and always preparing for the next time America needs her Warriors.
