Description

The Seattle Urban Farm Co-op is a community-based project to start a co-op to purchase supplies for urban farmers in the Seattle area.

Our focus will be on obtaining supplies such as animal feed, fertilizers, mulch, seeds, etc., from local & organic sources. We are also promoting the ideas & values of sustainable living. We hope to collaborate with organizations such as "Urban Grange" & "Seattle Tilth" by providing a place for tool & resource sharing, educational classes, community information, etc.

HOW TO ORDER FEED:
Feed is ordered every ~2 months so figure out how much you need.

Go to the files link over on the left and find the file called "Seattle Urban Farm Cooperative Price List.doc" to figure out what you want to order.

Then go to the database page over on the left and "Clutch Groups & Leaders" database and figure out what "clutch" you are in - this is to help with the feed distribution.

ALSO in the database area, enter your order on the "Current Month Feed Order" database. Enter your info & clutch name here.

Finally, mail your check to Amy Stevenson - feed needs to be pre-paid. Mail your check (made out to Amy Stevenson) to 355 NW 47th St 98107.

From what I have read it seems that graywater is best for ornamentals but could be used for fruit trees and perhaps non-root type veggies. However all of these
