Two years after the Sailor Stars series, a mysterious senshi appears in Tokyo to inform Princess Serenity and the sailor senshi of a new evil that is on its way to earth to find the Silver Crystal.

This new senshi, Sailor Comet, was princess of the galaxy Andromeda, and the evil force nearly destroyed her home while looking for the crystal. When it is discovered that the crystal is on Earth, they left Andromeda and headed directly toward the Milky Way Galaxy. But before Sailor Comet's precious and vital message can be delivered, she is badly injured and her transformation bracelet is broken.

All eighteen beads of the bracelet have been scattered and the senshi, as well as other evil-doers with their own intentions, have only found a precious few. With so many enemies, can Sailor Moon and her friends defend love and justice and return the world to peace once more?
