This is a moderated, announcement only group for the posting of events of interest to the Seattle poly community. This was born as a low-traffic companion to the sea-poly list.

To post an event, post normally, and the moderator will approve the message and add the event to the calendar as appropriate, or send the info to the moderator privately.

While events do not have to be in Seattle proper, they should be things that are of interest to members of the Puget Sound/Pacific Northwest area (i.e. national poly conferences are on topic, as would be a poly social potluck in Bellingham.) Posts promoting commercial interests will only be posted if the mod thinks it is really on-topic, which will be helped by a local connection -- i.e. if you just published a new book about poly, your press release isn't going to be approved unless you are also doing a book signing locally or somesuch.

To join the list, answer the question about "why you want to join the list" with an answer that will allow me to be sure you are not a robot (I do not need to know your personal details, just that you aren't a spambot).
