This is a mailing list for the members of the San Diego Underwater Hockey Club. Postings should be made by members of the club, for club and hockey related purposes. If you want to post jokes, or non-club related items, go find another list to join.

Any replies to this list will only be sent to the person who originally posted, not the entire group. If you want to reply to a posting to the entire group, you have to type sduhc@yahoogroups.com into the "To" window. This list is unmoderated and all members may post, but you MUST BE A MEMBER OF THIS GROUP IN ORDER TO POST TO IT.

Due to the potential of email borne virus' being transmitted with attachments, for your own protection, ALL attachments are stripped away and will NOT be transmitted through this list service.

There is another list sduhc_eb@yahoogroups.com was set up for ANYONE to post complaints, gripes, comments, and is sent directly to the executive board members (Cid Richards, Javier Alverde, Landon Ross and Jim Melrod) for them to take action on. You will not receive the email that you sent (since you are not a member of the EB list, but they will). Note that ANYONE can post to the EB list; you don't have to be a member of any group to do so.

In order to be a member of this list, however, please identify yourself (name, address, and phone number. When you reques to join the list, an approval email will be sent. You must reply to this email to join this list.

Finally, be aware that there are individuals that are NOT in the SDUHC club, but are on this list, by their own request. Also, as a courtesy to others, and to respect their privacy, DO NOT USE "CC" TO SEND MASS MAILINGS. Use BCC instead, if you prefer to be verbose, and if you don't know what BCC is, email me and I'll be happy to explain it to you.
