This group began (and still serves) as a last-minute-update supplement to the San Diego Mensa (SDM) calendar. See your MENSAN -- in-print or on-line -- for the long-form, members only, regular calendar.

This group now has a lot more chit-chat than calendar. If you want to limit your participation to calendar updates, then please choose your "Message Delivery" option to be "Special Notices".

You don't have to be a member of SDM to join this group. You just have to enjoy chatting with members of SDM, because that's mostly who you are going to find here.

If you affirmatively appear to be a spammer, or to be doing something illegal (such as copyright infringement), or if you post a personal attack (attacking another member, as distinct from attacking his position), then you may be excluded or expelled, based on the consensus of the moderators. Feel free to call upon the SDM Ombudsman or Board (see link below) in the EXTREMELY unlikely event that you feel that such exclusion/expulsion is wrong.
