Hello,
Sakura-Con 2008 Technical Services is currently looking for new and
experienced tech staff as we celebrate our 11th year in the Northwest.
There are several benefits (other than the adulation of thousands of
attendees) for volunteers who step forward to serve as staff. I need
your help to make everything possible!
Technical Services staff form the support backbone of almost all
programming and major events presented at the convention. We work
throughout the year to give attendees an experience they won't soon
forget. ^_^
I'm looking for a few good volunteers to join me in the following
positions:
Asst. Tech Manager
- Tech Staff 2nd in Command

Stage Events Tech Coordinator
- Manages all audio/video/lighting for events occurring in Room 6ABC

- Creates and manages all automated video rooms (including Sakura-Plex).
