relationship between number of developers and testers   Message List
Reply Message #34814 of 45094 |
Hi,

what is your opinion about ratio between number of developers to
testers in typical development team using scrum? I assume standard
responsibilities for developers and testers, means - developers write
code and test on unit level, while testers focus on complete scenarios
and functional test automation. Whole team is colocated.

I read in few places about ratio of 1 tester for 2 - 3 developers, is
it in line with your experience or do you have different opinion?

Michal
