Re: The Scrum project that failed - blog

I am interested to know about your experiences with scrum and projects that didn't meet expectations. Is anyone else willing to discuss when things went wrong?

Robin.

It is hard to talk about failure. However when you work with many projects and many teams, the odds are good you will experience them. Last year I had such a learning experience, and one year later it is far enough away that I feel I can talk publicly about it. This project started with the best of intentions.... :)
