Closed group for the creating and administration of Scoutcamps On The Air, SCOTA.

SCOTA is a new and exciting award whose purpose is to increase radio activity from BSA owned camps. The Award Committee hopes that the award program will increase exposure of scouts to Amateur Radio and also increase interest in the ham community in contacting ham stations located at scout camps.
