Hooray! You are home!!
Oops, I mean Greetings
and how fare thee my good Lord Oswin and Lady Isabel?
It is wonderous fine to hear of your safe return to
our native lands. I will give thanks on bent knee
this even for this blessing.
Enough!
Fantastic
photos! Almost, but not quite like being there. Glad to
hear the monks held up. For those not in the know,
Lord Oswin is accompanied by a choir of monks who live
in the basement under his pavilion and chant for the
redemption of his soul. Are those Carolingian Dominicans? CD
for short??
Kathryn

Any fine Gentiles headed to this event next
weekend (9/1 - 9/3)? It looks like it may be a nice one.
If there are any T.W. Marshalls out there, PLEASE
COME! They would like me to put on a thrown weapons
demo., if we can round up a Marshall. I would also like
to get some signatures on my T.W. paperwork! You
come and I'll do all the work!

Viseux de
Jararvellir

P.S. I am looking for a used and/or inexpensive
mandolin or lute. Any help on this quest would be greatly
appreciated.

Sorry Viseux can't make this event but good luck on the TW signatures. Also not
to sound petty but we are all 'gentles' but not all are 'gentiles'(ref: your
last post.) ;)
Os.

Hello everyone and welcome back from Pennsic to
all of those who were there. Just a reminder that
chat will take place on Sept. 4, I know that it is
labor day but hey what a way not to labor! Anyway I
encourage a large group attendance, we need to really get
this chat going. Also any pennsic attendees feel free
to share some of the moments you had there. Thanks
and remember Chat on 9-4-00

Get involved by stopping by any local meeting and
introducing yourself. I have to check on membership fees and
such, but yes there is a family membership. Where are
you located anyway? I myself am in Northern Maine
about three hours north of Bangor.

YOu could
email me direct at mahoghany_01@...
So we can
get acquainted and I could direct you to those that
