Description

A place where owners, builders and those with an interest in scale model live steam powered vehicles can post about their experiences, building projects and to ask questions of other members. Mainly but not limited to model live steam tractors, traction engines and rollers as well as overtype and undertype steam lorries. Open to members from anywhere in the world. Wilesco, Mamod and Basset Lowke traction models are welcome too !
Please understand that due to increasing spam problems membership has gone to a restricted basis and new members initial posts will be moderated. We welcome your posts no matter how small as this is what keeps us active.

Hi Jim about 15 years ago i painted the chimney and smoke box on my dads loco "Bluegum" with old everyday gloss black industrial enamel that we painted wheels
