Southern California Area DxerS are a group of local area radio communication listeners who get together on the second Saturday of the month to discuss the ever changing, World Band Shortwave Radio scene and enjoy the comradery of others. Southern California Area DxerS are not a formal club. Everyone is welcome to attend. We especially urge young adults to visit our Club to see the variances in Radio and what is available to them in the World of Radio listening. While shortwave and utility listeners are in the majority, you will find other interests represented, such as Longwave, Mediumwave (BCB), Clandestine, Pirate Radio,FM-TV-UHF-VHF, Military, Commerical Aircraft plus Scanners to 900mHz. There is no cost to attend a Southern California Area DxerS Meeting as a Guest!

SCADS Monthly meeting are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Meetings are not being held at this time due to shortage of members not showing up.
There are many reasons for this (GAS) but if we can get 10 or so to confirm that they will attend a meeting we then can start having them again.
