This is an "unofficial" email list for the Canton of Summergate, Barony of Calafia, Caid. It is a regional group for the SCA in the northern area of San Diego County.

The purpose of this list is:
- Discussion of Canton events and business
- SCA and Canton related announcements.
- Announcement of events, exhibits, links, or opportunities of interest to the SCA and the living history community
- SCA-related newcomer and participation information and discussion
- Discussion of pre-17th c European history, crafts, arts, etc.
