This group has been formed for the purpose of sharing information on the 'medieval' period of Japan (600-1600). Postings on other Japan related topics or other Far Eastern topics are permissable.

For the most part, there is one rule: Be courteous. This means keep your language to a family friendly rating (there may be minors present) and avoid personal attacks.

Beyond that, feel freeto use this list to discuss the topic as outlined above.
