Description

Charas/El Bohio is a valuable community center in a former public school building on the Lower East Side, organized and run by people in the community for community purposes. In 1998, the building was sold to a private developer who is trying to evict Charas/El Bohio. This club will endeavor to stay up-to-date and provide information on what is happening and what can be done to stop the eviction!
