This is an informal group spearheaded by (but not limited to) sushiphiles of the Chicago area, dedicated to the promotion and discussion of all things sushi.

We meet once a month or so at a different sushi bar to sample new things and promote sushi culture. Meetings are generally the 3rd Sunday of the month (subject to change based on restaurant hours and holidays).

List discussion topics include but are by no means limited to: the joys of sushi accoutrements, the sushi bar vs. table-seating?; conveyor-belt sushi; Sake vs. Kirin...
