Dear Ones; this list is for your questions on yoga. Anything pertaining to yoga, i.e. asanas, alignment, pranayama, meditation, chakras, injuries, special health concerns, yogic philosophy, u name it. Ask away! I shall strive to give accurate information, and will openly admit if I don't know the answer to your question.
Sarvabhauma means "universal" "all-encompassing" and "for the whole world." Yoga, in all it's diverse forms and practices, is for everyone, regardless of health, wealth, age, race, religion, caste, creed.
So many are out there who wish to learn but can't afford classes! This is a tragedy to me, and my purpose in creating this group is to facilitate an informed home practice for those people, and to provide accurate and inspiring information for yogis of all levels.
I myself am a certified teacher in several styles, with an extensive background in anatomy and physiology. I have been "on the mat" for 11 years, and speak from personal experience when I say that yoga, all that yoga is and is becoming, is a path to peace in the mind, strength in the body, and love in the heart.
hugs and pranams,
