Sangharus group was the announcement only/newsletter yahoo group for the Breathing Heart Sangha. We have moved our active communications to Google Groups - http://groups.google.com/group/BreathingHeart

This group was for
1) the Breathing Heart Sangha in Atlanta, a sangha based on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh,
and
2) the Mindfulness Practice Center of Atlanta, a non sectarian mindfulness group.

The Mindfulness Practice Center of Atlanta (MPC) meets monthly for a non-denominational meeting. This consists of a discussion, meditation and vegetarian pot luck supper.

The Breathing Heart Sangha holds Buddhist meditation and discussion sessions weekly. We are very informal and welcome you to join us.

We meet at the Mindfulness Practice Center of Atlanta in Decatur.
