Description

Sandy Branch Cemetery was founded in 1840. It is located in Foster Township of Marion County, Illinois. It is the largest cemetery in the township and is located about half way between the villages of Kinmundy and Patoka.

Once you are a member to this group, to view photos of all of the grave stones, simply push on links, which is on the left side bar of this page. It will take you to the links page and then you will see the top link for the grave stones.

In the files section, we have a folder for OBITUARIES of anyone buried in Sandy Branch. Feel free to add any you have. We have MAPS. We have lots of GENEALOGIES. Please download your genealogies in rich text format (rtf) so that everyone can view them.

Please go to the Database and fill out the information to let us know what lines you are working on, so others with the same lines may contact you. Feel free to post any queries for family research you are doing.
