1. Go to Salserocorner's website:

2. Near the upper right-hand corner (in the shaded
bar) you will see a
link that says: "Group Member [Edit My Membership]".
Click on the link.


3. Now scroll towards the bottom where it says:
"Message Delivery" and
choose the last option "No email."
