It is also for those who have lost weight and would like to lend their support to others. Even though the group name begins with SAI (Sweet Adelines International), it is not just for members of Sweet Adelines. It is for anyone (male or female) who would like to give and receive the support of weight loss friends. This is a closed group so your membership must be approved by the moderator.
