I's agree with all of that, though I do like the thought that Next came in so highly. Perhaps only having one choice might have helped SAHB as there's no split...

Is this too obvious? The glorious Anthem included bagpipes of course, then there's Wings and Mull of Kintyre, if you can call that "rock". Eh, I wouldn't...

There was a scottish punk band based in Vancouver Canada called The Real McKenzies that used bag pipes....the pipers name was Mcleod who later formed Bourne...
