The Midtown Neighborhood Association's (MNA) primary goal is to protect and improve the quality of life for residents in Midtown Sacramento. Our boundaries are J Street to the north, 29th Street to the east, 15th Street to the west. Our southern boundary to the west is at 15th and N, to 19th and N, south to 19th and R, and west to 29th and R.

MNA was formerly known as the Winn Park/Capitol Avenue Neighborhood Association.
