Hello Everyone,
Just in case I missed some of you, I am forwarding the email again.

We will be meeting at Brian's house this Saturday and next weekend to prepare for the show. 

** Please let me know if you will be coming to the meetings so that I can forward you the address via email.  

Meetings:
Venue:  Brian's house
Times:  Sat Nov 14, 2009  1.30pm to 3.30pm
            Sat Nov 21, 2009  1.30pm to 3.30pm

Here are details on the trainshow.  I am also creating an email mailing list like the one we had last year with contact numbers and volunteer times of the people who would like to contribute in the train show.

** Please email me your names and contact numbers, and also the times that you can make it to man the display. 

This year, I won't be able to make it to the show on the Friday of the show.  However, I should be able to make it for setup, Sat, Sun and for the tear down.

Setup times:  Wednesday, Nov 27  12.30pm to 5.00pm (this is preferred)
                    Friday          Nov 28   7.00am  to 9.30am
Tear down time:  Sunday   Nov 29  4.00pm to 7.00pm

Show times: Fri, Sat (10am to 5pm), Sun (10am to 4pm)

I will review the details of the show such as attire, name tags, parking, stanchions etc during the two meetings at Brian's house.
