Peinhardt Living History Farm
Cullman, Alabama
Bring a dish to share, a spinning wheel or fiber project to work on and come
meet other fiber artists from Alabama. Guilds are encouraged to bring show-and
tell items illustrating recent programs and activities.
HFG and GBFG will each be teaching a fiber technique and providing supplies for
those who RSVP by June 12, 2009.
Anyone interested in fiber arts is welcome to attend. There will be other
activities for those who did not RSVP.
Directions to the farm: From I-65, take exit 308 onto US 278 East. Turn right
onto Talley Ho Street Sw. ( Less than 1 mile from interstate , there is a
Sunbeam bread store on the corner) Take the next right at the Cullman Bowling
Center (1710 Tally Ho St NW). Continue straight past the white school house
that is being restored and through the gate. (Road becomes gravel)Turn right in
between a partial restored log cabin and a metal building, then park in the
gravel parking lot The building has a sign that says "Peinhardt Living History
Farm"
