Description

Rudiments, a service of the Tomás Howie Drumming Web, is an unmoderated, open discussion on all aspects of Drums and Drumming.

We cover technique, practice tips, equipment, reading music, getting over your fears, progressing as a professional, and any other topic that will help you become a better drummer.

All ages and skill levels are welcome. We have beginners in our group, as well as working professionals who enjoy sharing what they've learned through their career.

We work hard to make sure this list is devoted solely to drumming. Spammers and flamers are dealt with harshly - all new members' post are moderated by the group owner - so you can trust that Rudiments is a safe place to share with others your passion for drumming!

Feel free to take a look around. We look forward to hearing from you!

Tomás

[If you are more interested in joining a social network (think of Facebook and MySpace) dedicated to drums and drumming, then pop on over to our Rudiments Social Network. Through this network you can contact other drummers one-on-one, share photos, music files, ask questions, help each other out... It's a new service of the Tomás Howie Drumming Web.]

Re: Hello to the group
Yes, welcome. The list has been quiet of late, but there are still quite a few people here if you need help. Regards, MarkW From: rudiments@yahoogroups.com
