Vision of the Forum is:
- Learn that there can be different valid views around the same issue.
- Learn to appreciate/tolerate them.
- Challenge, criticize and discuss different points of view.
- Learn from outcome.
- Help others to learn from outcome.


A Longer Description would be:
Forum to discuss Arts, Humanities, Movies, Sports, Technology, Philosophy, Epistemology, Life, Death, Science, Cosmology, Religion, God, Buddhism, Culture, Morality, Sexuality, Politics and Sri Lanka in general. In other words a forum to discuss anything which makes sense!

Why discuss? Frequent focused conversations rehearse and refine our own ideologies. Our viewpoints start to converge to a common ground, clearing out misunderstanding and prejudices. Sometime we might not be able to converge but still we would learn to respect the different opinions and worldviews*. Inadvertently we pass our opinion to the next generation and to the sphere of our immediate influence directly or indirectly. So better get our opinion refined rather than passing on something raw which we like to cling to

However, for a productive outcome you should be ready to Open yourself up for the criticism which might force you to rethink your thoughts and suffer change and stretch consciousness.

*Worldview - a comprehensive conception or apprehension of the world especially from a specific standpoint. Choice of a worldview is mostly unconscious to us and it is based on our cultural upbringing. We make so many unconscious assumptions of how the world works based on our worldview. We decide what is good and what is bad, what is right and what is wrong, what is real and what is not, without even knowing the underlying criteria we use.
