I'm a member of the RSN DX Group. Every 11 meter operator can join RSN DX Group. It's free and you don't even have to have a stack of rare QSL cards to be a member.
There are six "rules" in RSN DX Group:

1. Memberships will be Free for Life.
2. You will never be asked for money at anytime.
3. You can be a DX'er or Local QSO'er to join.
4. You can be a QSL'er or non QSL'er.
5. Membership is open people in all Countries
6. As long as you operate 27 MHZ From 26.000 MHZ to 27.900 MHZ SSB,
