Pay Scale for RSICC Fund Raiser Job
These amounts may be adjusted up or down, depending on actual overall performance. We don't want to under pay, and we don't want to over pay. Productivity will be rewarded.
The following scale is based on a 25-hour period.

logarithmic scale calculations as follows:
a = hourly rate
i = (a - 6) / 2 when base rate = 150
k = (a - 12) / 2 when base rate = 1200from $6 to $12/hr; $ raised = 2i x base
[base = 150]from $12 to $23/hr; $ raised = 2k x base
[base = 1200]from $24/hr on; flat 7.1% of $ raised.
