INTRODUCTION

Below is itemized a list of expenses incurred by Sterling Allan in
the course of administering various tasks related to Remnant Saints
Inter-Continental Congress. They are listed from the most direct and
obvious expenses to the lest direct and not so clear. The last items
are expenses that any guild member incurs in the course of
involvement in the guild, and hence enter a gray area so far as being
subject to reimbursement. However, they are expenses tied to RSICC
administration and are therefore presented here for possible
reimbursement. Each item will require only a 1/2 margin or greater
to pass.
