1. Each member of RSICC shall contribute financially to its support.

3. Before the guild can proceed in good conscience with fundraising efforts
outside of RSICC membership, every member of RSICC will need to have
demonstrated their financial commitment.

4. A period of one month from the time this ballot results are reported
shall be given for members to submit a financial contribution if they have
not done so already.

5. At the end of one month, any members of RSICC who have not contributed or

8. The following line in the RSICC mission statement, "We also uphold the
principle of free-will consecration," shall be changed to read: "We aspire
to the principle of free-will consecration."

9. The membership checklist requirement shall be changed from its current
reading to the following:

Meanwhile, we have agreed upon the following. Each member of the guild shall
commit to contribute a minimum of $10.00 each month toward the financial
support of the guild. In those cases where someone has difficulty producing
that amount, they can find a friend or fellow guild member to sponsor their
membership by contributing this amount on their behalf.

10. Honorary Members who opt out of the financial obligation will no longer
be called "Honorary Members" but "Honorary Friends of RSICC" and will not
have voting or other membership privileges.
