As the duly elected Treasuer, I propose a ballot as follows:

"Our organizations be registered as "for profit" entities with the
appropriate state and national governments, especially the USA federal
government.*"

* explanation... we do NOT want to be regulated and prohibited by the FED
from taking political actions we deem appropriate and within the
Constitution. IF we register as a Tax Exempt non- profit, we have to obey
the restrictive rules of the IRS as it pertains to what can and cannot be
done politically.


[STERLING'S REPLY: I second the proposed ballot, and propose that we let this
proposed ballot preview for at least 48 hours (in the spirit of the holiday
slow-down) prior to bringing it to a vote.]
