Inasmuch as Joel Skousen has completed the membership checklist, thus
officially accepting his nomination to RSICC, I move that he be accepted by
the guild as an honorary member, thus making him an official member. Motion
needs a second. Also any opposing votes need to be noted and discussed if
warranted.
