C. Facilitator: is similar to the Active Member with the following
differences.
(1) In addition to being involved in most every vote and discussion,
he or she TAKES PROACTIVE INITIATIVE in soliciting new members,
developing guild policy, creating ballots on relevant guild issues,
promoting the organization to like-minded individuals and
organizations, gladly helping with numerous guild tasks such as web
maintenance, vote processing, donation solicitation, fostering
patriot saints branch involvement and development, etc.

(2) Would do this whether or not he or she is compensated for his or
her time, even though it may consume most of their day and pull them
away from other activities that could produce compensation to meet
their financial obligations. As such, they are candidates to receive
