After talking to a Tax Expert friend, he made me aware that we can be a
NON-Profit organization without claiming tax exemption which would
compromise our ability to be poltically free. I have also been thinking
about where we should incorpaote. We these in mind, I would like to make
the following:
"Be it moved that RSICC be incorporated as a Not for Profit, non tax exempt
organization with world headquarters in Jackson County, Missouri, USA."
Be it moved that RSICC establish a daily or weekly radio program called,
"Voice from Zion" which will be broadcast over ShortWave radio and over the
internet."

Doug, before we move on this non-profit, non tax-excempt approach, I, for one,
would like more information about how you intend to go about doing this. I do
not doubt that it is possible, and I am inclined to think it is the best way to
go. However, I would like to know more as far as the rationale and method
(without getting too bogged down in the details).
As for your motion that headquarters be in Jackson County, I would oppose that
at this time. While Jackson County could be the site of headquarters in the
future, in my opinion, that is not the current place of gathering. The current
place of gathering is in small pockets in various places around the world (e.g.
the various branches of patriot saints). After the tribulation and cleansing
here in America, that is when Jackson County becomes the central gathering place
while the rest of the world is cleansed. Meanwhile, for headquarters I would
vouch for Sanpete Valley, Utah. Practically speaking, that is where I, as the
presiding facilitator, reside right now, and it is where I intend to stay
through the tribulations. See http://www.greaterthings.com/Visions/Sanpete.htm
The radio program is a good idea. The Internet enables us to broadcast from
anywhere in the world at any time. I don't know how to do this, so someone else
would need to be in charge of the technical aspects.
We would want to have a committee elected to coordinate content and such.
