Hi to All owners of Royal Sun

My family and I have spent a number of weeks on holiday in Royal Sun this year.
The complex itself looks great at times .However we were appalled by the
behaviour of young mainly Dutch tourists staying in Royal Sun. At one stage
there we are group of up to 25 staying in the complex. They were loud , drunk ,
very bad language , exposing themselves , high on drugs ,smoking and drinking
while in the pool , littering, flicking cigarette butts across the pool are ,
hanging flag from balconies , flashing from balconies which was seen by
Children. When challenged they were conferential, some older owners said they
were afraid to walk around the pool. One guy had a tattoo f*** me on his
stomach. The whole experience was very unpleasant. The introduction of GOFUN a
Dutch company catering for 18 to 25 age group has not been a good experience.

Galaxy has told us that they are not bringing these people to the complex. That
it is another group that have the use of owner's apartments. I realise that
owners and investors have a right to rent their apartments as I do myself.
However it benefits nobody to drag the complex down to this level. These groups
of young people will wreck the complex and the companies will move on to
somewhere else after they have damaged it both the complex and its reputation.
It is also more difficult for the other owner to rent their apartments when you
have this behaviour going on. I spoken to number of people that where renting
while in Royal sun and they said they would not come back. I personal bought the
apartment for my family to enjoy the summer holidays and also rent it out to
other families to get some return to cover the bills. I did not envisage it
turning into Rave centre for 18 to 25 year olds.

I feel that we need to be active to persuade other Owners not to rent to this
sort of age group and return it to family complex. If this does not work I would
propose that we get an enough support at the AGM with the help of Galaxy to pass
a code of conduct both for companies and guests staying in Royal Sun.
