Dear Rocky,

I appreciate your initiative for improving entrepreneurial practice among our community. I am also an entrepreneur and from the last 5-years I tried to do business with many Kashmir Pandits and in return what I got is FRAUD, CHEATING, PAYMENT DEFAULTERS, NON SENSE words and above all the loss of faith in my community. When I started the business I was strange to see that one Kashmiri Pandit entrepreneur is not helping the other Kashmir pandit, that time I was feeling bad about such KP entrepreneurs but today I realised that doing business or help to Kashmiri Pandit is not good for business most of the time.

I am not creating stories below is the live example of entrepreneurial practice among our community.

The recent example of such sharp minded Kashmir Pandits (Mr.Ramesh Kitchloo Managing director Perfect Group an NRI from SPAIN) who not only cheated me but he is fooling the whole Kashmiri pandit community and no one in our community dares to raise a voice against him because he have paid 60-70 lakh Rupees to the society at B-36 Pamposh Community Centre, Pamposh Enclave G.K I New Delhi 110048.

In return of this small amount he got a huge space worth Crores on lease at very less rates.. His lease was not properly evaluated. Well here this is not my concern Pamposh Community Centre have to take care of it. He have registered many companies with registrar of companies and one of them is PERFECT HERBS & FLOWERS PRIVATE LIMITED for which he proposed me for creating and online ecommerce site (http://www.flowersnherbs.com) I have emailed him my proposal and commercials and he and his partner Mr.Vimal Kaul visited my office. I registered the website on 30^th August 2008, and did all the design and development which took almost one month to complete. After making the whole Ecommerce website he refused me to give the money amounting Rs.46,550/-. First he used to give me excuses of tomorrow’s, and day after tomorrows. We send him the legal notice also but there was no response also we have got all the legal witnesses even the IP address where he have make the changes in his website. It have been one year now but still I have not even received the payments of domain registration and hosting.

I have even told him that I will make your real nature of business in front of Community but what he said to me “Do whatever I hardly care about the community or any public and some NON SENSE words in Kashmiri which I can write here in Public”

IS THIS WHERE AND WITH WHOME WE HAVE TO IMPROVE ENTREPRENEURIAL PRACTICE OF FRATERNITY AND THE CIVIC LIFE OF THE FRATERNITY AS A WHOLE?
