Descendents of Robert and Josephine (Adkins) Fraley

This group is for the descendents of Robert Fraley and Josephine Adkins through their children Owen, Dennis, Essie, Alfred, Bessie and Jessie.

It is primarily a genealogical group, its goal being to help complete and share the Fraley family genealogy.

Information and photographs are missing for many ancestors. Through the sharing of family information, family history, photographs, documents and conversing with distant family members, the Fraley history may be filled in and information preserved for future generations.

Lived and died in Russell Co, Va in 1847

Reuben Fraley

Lived in Va and Ky and did after 1870 probably in Boyd Co, Ky

Robert Fraley

Lived in Va and died in Carter Co, Ky in 1861

Robert Fraley

Lived in Ky and Ohio and died in Lawrence Co, Oh in 1931

Robert's Family

His father's first family consisted of his wife Nancy Bush and two sons William Alfred and George. When Nancy died, Robert's father remarried.

His father's second family consisted of his wife Mary Jane Moore, a daughter Rachel and twin sons Robert and Luther/Issac. Robert's father died in October 1861 when when he was about 7-8 months old.
