Richmond (Virginia) Fiber Artists is an informal group of fiber artists who create quilts, art quilts, fiber art dolls, weaving, knitting, beading, etc. You are invited to attend our monthly meeting, currently held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at Quilting Adventures at the Shops at Willow Lawn, 10am-12 noon.

We share our thoughts, ideas and encourage each other to pursue whatever form of fiber art we are involved in. There are no formal memberships, no dues and no business meetings.

The meeting and group will focus on discussions about our work, what's going on in the art community in and around the Richmond, Virginia area concerning fiber artists, and any interesting conversation that emerges from the above.

Anyone who is interested in leading a specific monthly meeting is welcome to express their interest and topic in the group. Hands-on experiences with 'new to some' materials and techniques are great meeting topics.
