This group serves as a forum for RRI Directors, Committees, Parents, and other interested parites to exchange ideas, conduct business, and communicate efficiently in one central place. Make sure that you set your email notifications to either "individual emails" or "daily digest" which is a daily compliation of messages posted in the group.

MISSION STATEMENT:
Riata Ranch enhances the lives of young people through equestrian educational programs and performances. These programs utilize traditional American Western Values of hard work, character development, responsibility, respect and pride to achieve the highest level of collaboration between horse and rider.

VISION:
Our vision is to prepare young men and women for the world’s challenges in a manner that ensures their success and contributes to the happiness of everyone who are fortunate enough to meet them. The training will benefit the whole person, body and soul, through a balance of intellectual, physical, artistic and moral lessons. The ranch’s enduring principles will become so internalized that each rider will forever measure his or her choices against the Riata Ranch philosophy.
