Now you can obtain a list of all the DVDs, Music Compact Disks,
Audiobooks, Videos or large type books that a particular library
owns. Go to the Merrimack Valley Library Consortium (MVLC) home page
at www.mvlc.org or the the Reuben Hoar Library home page at
www.littletonlibrary.org and click on "MVLC catalog" or "Online
Catalog". Click through the introductory page of the catalog to
a search page. On the left side of the page you will will a number
of buttons. Click on the one that says "CDs, DVDs and More".
Choose "Littleton" or another library if you wish. Choose the list
you wish to view. When you see a title on the list about which you'd
like more information, click on the underlined title. This
action will take you directly to the catalog entry for the item so
that you can see if it is on the shelf. If it is, telephone the
library to have it saved for you. If it is signed out to another
borrower, click on "Request Title" in the upper right-
hand corner of the screen. You will need your library card number
and personal identification number (PIN) in order to make the
request. Stop by the library's main desk to get a PIN if you don't
already have one.

We all seem to be changing e-mail addresses much more
frequently than we do telephone numbers and home
addresses. Please remember the library and
Reubens_Notes when your e-mail address changes.
We maintain two separate listings of e-mail addresses--
one on the MVLC server for regular library business
and one on Yahoo for Reubens_Notes. Both need to be
changed. Please send your name and your old e-mail address
to mli@... from you new address.
Some of the Yahoo records have no name associated with
them, so if you just say "Please change my e-mail
address to libraryuser@xx.xxx", we have no way of
knowing which address to delete from Reubens_Notes.
Thanks for your help.
