PLEASE NOTE!!
Your registration letter indicates that the final payment for the retreat is due July 31 if you are paying in installments. The correct date (as printed on the registration form) is June 30.

This year, in honor of our 20th Anniversary there is a one time discount that is being applied. The wording explaining this was left out of your letter and should read:

RIM 20th Anniversary and Friday Lunch: The RIM Board met in January and was able to approve a budget that will allow us to keep registration fees from increasing. There will be a one time only $20 discount. Did you know we've been doing these RIM weekends for 20 years? That's why we are offering this 20th Anniversary Discount. The Friday lunch will also be included in the cost of the weekend package. If will be served in the dining room. It will be very simple - soup, sandwiches or the equivalent. If you are involved in a workshop you may make up a plate and take your lunch back to your workshop.

Friday Night Project 2009!
We will be doing books in 2 sizes (you'll get both) for our Friday night project this October. The larger can be 1 inch (remove the shelf) or half inch (2 story). The smaller can be a quarter scale scene.

Dimensions: Donna Thorson will be providing information at a later date and it will be posted once known.
