This group was created to promote the Rebulic of Palau (Belau) as a one of the famous tourist destination for Scuba diving as well as an Exotic place to visit in the south pacific region. An invitation is extended to all members to post pictures, share Palau experiences,post topics related to tourism, the island culture and its people.

Palau, The Eight wonder of the world, is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The weather is friendly. The temperature ranges from 75-90 °F all year long. It's a little warmer in summer, and a little cooler in mansoon season, but every day is a beach day for somebody.

The environment is friendly. The physical beauty of Palau's sixteen main States is almost unparalleled. Majestic rock islands were created millions of years ago by oceanic activity that grew these islands miles from the ocean floor. Wave action across endless eons of time created coral reefs, and then battered and broke them to create miles of white sand beach.

There are no strangers in Emerald Paradise. Perhaps the most beautiful part of Palau is the genuine warmth of our people. We call it the "Spirit of Belau." It has allowed a melting pot of cultures from all over the world to find common ground, and a new home, in this most gentle of places.

Palau is served by several major airlines, and even some cruise ships. Air, water and ground tours can help you see all of the beauty that the islands have to offer.
