Description

Are you a ham radio operator and operate a repeater? Would you like help on setting up your first, or your tenth repeater? Are you a control op of the club repeater and wonder where you should draw the line? Which is better: GE or Motorola? What do the rules really say about coordination? Two antennas or a duplexer? PL or carrier squelch? If questions like these interest you, join this list for Amateur Radio (Ham) Repeater owners. This is the first, and original, repeater mailing list originally at OneList.com. All are welcome. After all, the repeater users of today are the trustees of tomorrow. Just try not to flame. I think you'll find this to be a popular (over 1500 users) friendly and calm mailing list. Questions about FCC rules and brand loyalty tend to bring out the worst in us... think before sending.
