Religious Naturalists are people who admit to being one. They believe nature is real and sacred. Its realness is proven by evidence. The sacredness is an emotional response to their spiritual awareness of that realness. There are various perspectives within this community so it is pluralistic. It has two main ways to find meaning in the world. One way is objective (rational) and the other subjective (emotional).

A very minimal statement – Religious Naturalism is the belief that nature is real, sacred and rightfulness is the path to proper human behavior.

A less minimal declaration - I endorse reality. It is the measurable substance of all being. There are no non-natural entities, realms or absolute truths. I think reality is sacred. This is a realization of its value to me. The evolutionary process made me. It is my core validating narrative. I affirm a critical need that this process continues to flourish. Observable laws of nature describe and govern reality. I accept these and live by the idea of rightfulness.
