Wow! I'm really sorry to hear that you went through that crap! If you have small
children, I would seriously be considering moving, too. Years ago, I had a
similar experience. We had a great house in a not so great neighborhood in PA. A
friend of a room mate had words with some neighborhood kids and from then on,
they had it out for us. THey broke our front window by throwing bricks and
snowballs. We were right there, yelling for them to stop and instead, they came
right up onto our stoop and threw them into our house!
I was out of there in 2 weeks!

34th. The woman did not stick around to press charges. At least five adults were
out there and did nothing to stop it or get help, and my children and all my
neighbors' children witnessed the crime.

headquarters which authorizes the police to monitor and arrest anyone caught
tresspassing on our property. If this paper is on file, the police can arrest
anyone tresspassing even when the homeowner is not there, and the homeowner does
not need to be involved in going to court.

end down here, and if something doesn't change, we'll be putting our house on
the market with all the rest by the end of the summer.
