After a number of REACT members advised that they could not attend tonight's
meeting because of the shuttle launch I conducted a brief survey of our Officers
and members I could reach.

It was decided as a consideration to the REACT volunteers that the REACT meeting
tonight will be delayed until AUGUST 2ND to allow members to view the shuttle
launch.

Now this is the important part:

IF THE LAUNCH IS SCRUBBED BEFORE 4:00 PM - THE MEETING WILL GO ON!

IF THE LAUNCH IS SCRUBBED AFTER 4:00 PM OR IF IT GOES - THE MEETING WILL BE
AUGUST 2ND

If anyone has any comments please let me know.

Also all members PLEASE write down any ideas to help improve our 4th of July
operations. We will review those August 2nd if not tonight
