This group serves the Utica/Amsterdam/Herkimer Centers for Independent Living Systems Network. We post information about our Statewide Advocacy activities including action alerts and news and information on civil and disability rights issues in New York State.

Members are encouraged to share information and ideas. Our Statewide Network of advocates and activists work at the legislative level for the poor and disabled to create Public Policy that is socially responsible and fair.
