(Beginner/Intermediate) is an Introduction
to Swing & Lindy Hop. Even if you have some Lindy-Hop experience, it is always recommended to continue learning basic technique, so we encourage you to take this class even if you have been dancing for a while. Moves Taught: Basic Blues Movement, SwingOut,
Inside
Pass, and SwingOut with Inside Turn. Pre-requisite: must be able to stand or walk.

Lindy201

|
(Intermediate) is for Lindy Hoppers that
have been hoping for at least 3 months or graduate of Lindy101. We'll fine tune your connection and timing and smooth out transitions. No matter what your experience, we continue focusing on basic technique, fundamentals, or even learning the other part (guys
learning to follow or gals learning to lead). Pre-requisite: Lindy101, LindyLevel1, or an actual 8-count Lindy Class. Moves Taught: Connection Exercises, Transitions, Outside Turn, Basket Whip, Mini Dip, SendOut, and Lindy Circle

(Advanced)
This class is a Swinging Towards Performance Class. The good thing about taking this class is even if you never actually perform, you'll be more comfortable dancing, socially, as we aim to make all moves socially leadable. Most semesters we will teach you
a routine which works on performing as a group (timing), hitting breaks (musicality), and creating enthusiasm at area performance opportunities for the local performance group "Lindy Revival." Other semesters we just simply work on social dancing skills, meaning we
teach one move a week and several ways to get into and out of it. This keeps the Follows honest in their following and allows the Lead to think ahead without the instructor "calling" the moves. Either way, this class will create confidence in social dancing
skills. Prerequisite: you must have TAKEN Lindy201 or have 3 months of 8-count Lindy Hop/Swing experience.
$FREE or 35

INSTRUCTORS
Wendy Wenck Craighill has experience
with performance, but her passion is for social dancing. Striving to be an active partner, she is known for her musical and expressive styling. As a teacher that focuses on lead/follow communication, she stresses solid technique and musicality. Wendy most
often teaches with Donald Stump.
Donald literally loves performing for an audience and it really shows in his teaching. He has a wealth of performance experience, to include Polish, Lindy Hop, and Swing. His antics and
Charleston won him The Night Fever Dance Competition. He is amusing, animated, loves his students and takes their progression very personally. As a team, Wendy & Donald emphasize FUN!
